Chief Hardiman:

Within the previous three months, Ms. Wynter has been paired with sixteen different officers. From what I gather:

  • Ms. Wynter has yet to be partnered with anyone for longer than a week.
  • After their brief time with Ms. Wynter most officers have submitted multiple requests for transfers.
  • Several of the rookies from the Fast-Track Program, who had been partnered with Ms. Wynter, have quit the force.
  • Five of her former partners had been injured and claim Ms. Wynter’s recklessness contributed to “extremely volatile situations” in the line of duty (fortunately, these injuries were relatively minor—but that’s irrelevant).

I think we can safely determine who is the problem here. In the past, you have defended Ms. Wynter and praised her track record. However, her inability to effectively work with a partner is detrimental to her performance as an officer. This situation needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
