The art is so detailed we even see his bulge in panels one and two.
So many people thought that the large guy in black was backup for Madison/on Madison’s side.
Not sure why anyone thought that, tbh. Madison’s not one to work with others…and more so for a case she’s not supposed to be on.
Maybe he is and is just trying to avoid filing an ‘unnecessary force’ report 😉
Some Dept’s see them as management tools and reward those filing them, even if they don’t meet the standard for ‘unnecessary’ and sadly nowadays, defending yourself or others is seen as ‘unnecessary’.
