Danger Zone One. Story by Midnight. Art by Salaiix.
Even if Madison WASN’T drugged, this is still an uphill battle, even for her!
Bot will destroy the bar in order to protect it.
With the force a bot that size can generate there’s a huge possibility that punch to the solar plexus ruptured various internal organs, including her aorta. That could be a fatal blow for Madison. Unless it has some kind of force limiting algorithm, but given the location this is happening I’d guess that all safeguards are disabled.
At this point I’m assuming Madison is actually a cyborg. If not, I’d hate to think about the condition her body is in after the last three pages.
My money is on Genetically Engineered Super Cop.
Yikes, that’s got to hurt!
It’s going to be hard to walk that off when her legs won’t work
For a while there I thought Madison was going to single handedly mop the floor with Wilkos and the other two. The android backup explains why Wilkos seemed to be toying with her the entire time.
We’ve seen Madison in some tough spots before, but this might be the toughest one yet.
Oh boy, can’t wait to see what happens next!
Everyone throwing shade at the android for going Hulk Hogan with the jacket, not knowing he really needed to let off some steam.
Uhhhh…I’m sorry but if someone gets smashed with a mass of metal that lifts them off their feet like that, that’s going to do some major internal damage. Either Madison’s a secret cyborg (which was not set up at all), or she’s going to be absolutely out of commission for a long, long time to rehab/heal after this point. Genetic engineering isn’t going to save a female body from that kind of beatdown. I wonder if we see reality ensuing here.
Batman’s survived worse.
Yeah but that’s Batman, he’s like top tier compared to Madison here. Plus isn’t this reckless to be put in a situation like this.
Madison’s always reckless and almost always gets herself killed. That’s firmly established.
Charges after a military power suit on a rookie’s first day…check.
Goes into a building complex with armed drugged up maniacs and no support…check.
Engages an AI controlled super tank without backup or authorization…check.
Attempts to take down a towering out of control construction mech…check.
If anything arresting a creep at a bar would probably seem far less reckless.
It’s the lone super cop trope. They do crazy shit because they’re kinda crazy, but have the skills to pull it off. Usually “da chief” chews them out but that’s subverted here. Madison never gets chewed out because the department needs all the warm bodies it can muster.
OOF!!!
That poor table!
