Man, I sure hope that they’re aren’t any more surprises coming the doc’s way, but I’m not even sure if she even TRAINED for this kind of stuff here! 😎
Hopefully that’s the cavalry riding in and not another rodeo about to start.
Madison might be ready for a bareback ride but I doubt 8 seconds is going to do it.
Oh, doctor, now you’ll have to show what skills you have!
Didn’t Miss Bliss asked her flunkie to keep an eye on Madison a long time ago looking for an opportunity? Because I’d say that looks like an opportunity.
Well, Madison’s down for the count. The sleeping drug finally got to her. Wonder if the pleasure drug will hit full force when she wakes?
The real question, what’s going to happen WHEN she wakes? Looks like someone else just arrived to the party.
Start placing bets. Is it backup or more trouble?
Given the overall crapsack state of Pallad City in general, i’d say more trouble.
I think the chick that was really supposed to pick up the drugs have finally arrived. 🙂
One of the written entries and Wilkos both mentioned that cops stay out of this district, so I’ll go with the “more trouble” option.
If it’s more trouble, we can nly hope the good Dr. has decided she’s enough of a PCPD employee to be issued a sidearm, or she wants to protect herself in the event nobody else is there to do it for her, or she just knows where she is and nobody sensible would go there unarmed. Contrary to popular belief, medics and Dr’s do carry weapons to protect their patients.
Looks like the SHIT is about to hit the fan.
This may mark me as overly critical, but I can’t help but notice that the good doctor didn’t even make a flailing, ineffectual attempt to slow Madison’s straight ahead faceplant into that bar floor. If she wasn’t concussed before…
I have found through long experience that while Dr’s may be good at diagnosing, treating and repairing injuries in a permanent manner, most of them are pretty bad at basic First Aid…they’re what you want when you get to the hospital but not necessarily on the street where the accident happens.
Judging by her arm positions in the fifth panel, it looks like the doc was too slow to react to Madison’s fall. I also think she’s gravely out of her element here.
