In situations that necessitate immediate capture of a hostile, the TOTO can operate its net launcher for fast non-lethal takedown. This high-velocity pneumatic launching system employs an expanding raylon-fiber net, capable of rendering any hostile off balance and entrapping them. In addition, a micro electrical charge can be activated if further restraint is required.
