Taken from the Aros [prototype] marketing material:

Grenades, mortar fire, land mines, missiles, and anti-tank artillery are of little concern to the Aros. Fortified with Moran-Telanite plating, the exterior of the tank is nearly impenetrable to most known kinetic projectiles. Where other tanks use Raktos-12 armor, which suffer from a much higher chance of penetration, the Aros is resistant to various forms of external damage typically inflicted on a battlefield.
