Subject: Arlew Gripps, Special Crimes Unit
Chief Hardiman:
How is it that so many of your Department’s most problematic officers end up in the Special Crimes Unit? I’m reading through the various complaints regarding Mr. Gripps, particularly those from other officers alleging that he made ‘inappropriate comments’ towards them. It’s clear that Mr. Gripps’s previous two day suspension did little to curb this behavior.
I suggest you remind him of the Department’s sexual harassment policy and, going forward, consequences for violating that policy will result in much more severe disciplinary action.

I believe I might be in the wrong timezone. It’s currently 6:08 pm, and the upload time is 9:57 pm. Other than that, Gripps is going to get beat in 3… 2… 1…
We’re coworkers.
I’m out of your league.
You’re not The Rookie.
Oh… Just one? Then take your pick, we’ll call it multiple choice.
Also:
What I just said, you talk out of your ass.
A date involving you could never be hot, it could only be a mess.
“How is it that so many of your Department’s most problematic officers end up in the Special Crimes Unit? ”
Probably someone hoping the street will taking care these problem officers, only for this plan backfired?
Yeah, because they actually are damn good cops, under everything else
I foresee a long inhale then a VERY long list about to be mentioned.
Nearly all of it will be ignored or he will be proud of.
That and they are among the best in several categories is my guess. Last strip in the marksmanship competition, Gripps was on the bottom of the list of the finalists. So while he may not be the best at shooting like Madison but he could be great at martial arts and/or better at detective work than Madison.
Oh, I dunno. Maybe arrogance for one.
