Chief Hardiman,
I’ll keep this short and to the point. Madison Wynter should not be on active duty at present. I have previously expressed my concerns about this and have requested that her work hours be reduced. So far, all of my efforts have been ignored. The situation is now critical.
Yesterday I gave Ms. Wynter a medical examination—she exhibits signs of extreme fatigue, including hand tremors, blurred vision, and muscle weakness. Wynter has still not fully recovered from her previous injuries and will not take any medication I’ve prescribed. Yesterday morning she was overcome by dizziness and nearly passed out while in the firing range.
I had tried to follow-up with Ms. Wynter earlier today, but she already left for patrol.
I forwarded her latest medical examination to you over 24 hours ago, but received no response. I request, for Ms. Wynter’s safety, that she be removed from active duty immediately.

Wow. Let’s hope Reena gets through to her, but considering that reaction, probably Madison needs to calm down before that can happen.
Let’s also hope that there was some way to retract the already sent coordinates of the trouble *and* that whoever else they send can deal with it before Madison inevitably finds her way there. Failing that, let’s hope her body is so kind to her as to faint before she gets herself or someone else badly injured.
Honestly, I think Dr. Belanie probably should’ve also advocated for the safety of Madison’s partner as well (Reena of course) since extreme fatigue can really mess with your judgment and physical ability as well.
I kind of know this as well because my mother is suffering form insomnia caused by high stress right now and before she went to the doctor about it she was in a state of fatigue almost to the point of what Madison is going through due. Her short term memory was suffering, she’d zone out constantly, had blurred visions for short periods of time occasionally, and she had constant headaches. She wasn’t having hand tremors or extreme muscle weakness like what Madison was experiencing.
Luckily, my mom realized this wasn’t something she could beat by herself went to he doctor and the Doctor put her on a medical leave for a few months for her to recover. She’s starting to sleep better now due to her meds but it’s a good thing she’s on leave from work because those drugs that help you sleep can have some nasty side effects.
Chief knows exactly what he’s doing
Kind of like the new artist.
