Section 1.D — Tobacco Use
Possession or use of tobacco is strictly prohibited on school property, regardless of age. This policy includes cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco, snuff, cigars, smokeless tobacco, and tobacco substitutes.
Tobacco paraphernalia is also prohibited. This includes any device used, intended for use, or designed for use in smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or otherwise introducing tobacco products into the human body.
Electronic tobacco devices, items used for holding tobacco, rolling paper, wraps, cigarette rolling machines, grinders, pipes, water pipes, carburetion devices, bongs, hookahs, and vaping devices are prohibited.
