Incident: On 11/20 at 1350 hrs Prisoner #3834-TD was moved to Interrogation Room 03 where it was believed that, at 1400 hrs, Officer Arlew Gripps would conduct an interview session.
At 1400 hrs Officer Madison Wynter arrived, asking if Prisoner #3834-TD was in Room 03. I had informed her that she was not scheduled or approved for the session, and that an interview would have to be cleared.
Despite my objection, Officer Wynter entered Room 03 without approval. She spoke with Prisoner #3834-TD for several minutes before ending the interview. I was not present in Room 03, as the door had been auto-locked. Around that time, Room 03’s surveillance system also suffered a malfunction and no footage of the session was recorded.
At 1415 hrs, I contacted Officer Gripps about the initial interrogation request, and he alleged to have never scheduled the session. I believe Officer Wynter had purposely falsified the request.

I sure hope that the good doctor hasn’t been affected by Madison’s recklessness here. People like her should be out on the battlefield or out in dangerous cases and all that. They only strive to help and heal people from either within the office or within the Many operating rooms from within high profile hospitals and everything. I’m just trying to be a little bit truthful here, OK?

nah, I’m pretty sure the above post was just intended to simulate the experience of a stroke, so you’re good. Unless the stroke was unrelated and just coincidentally happened while reading it. In which case, you should get to the hospital.
