Pallad City’s Ardus District
Ranking high on our list of places to avoid, the Ardus District has continued to earn a Level 4 – Do Not Travel rating (a less-than-distinguished honor it has maintained for as long as CityWatch’s been active, starting two decades ago).
Plagued by rampant crime, out-of-control drug use, and rising homelessness, it is highly recommended that travel to the Ardus District be avoided at any time of day, but especially at night.
Within the last six months, reports indicate that murders have doubled, burglaries are up by 37 percent, aggravated assaults have risen by 31 percent, and motor vehicle thefts increased by 54 perfect in Ardus.
Public transportation is nearly non-existent, with a limited amount of buses traveling through the area in the daytime, and none operating after sunset. Few taxis will venture into the district. Subway crime is so high that in last year’s CityWatch Public Safety Report, we urged Ardus residents to not ride the subway, for any reason whatsoever.
Most businesses—the ones that are still open—close at sunset, with the exception of seedier establishments, which are best avoided by the general public.
Both police and fire protection in Ardus are grossly inadequate. The district suffers from a diminished police presence, with many 911 emergency calls going unanswered. Arson has become an escalating problem, and numerous buildings have been targeted by random attacks. This is compounded by a failing district-wide infrastructure, properties that are not up to code, and entire neighborhoods deemed by the Department of Health as “condemned” and “unfit for human habitation.”
At this time, there is little evidence that Pallad City plans to address the rising concerns in the district, despite a concerned public and those who struggle to live—and survive—in Ardus. Mayor Hynden Neville has promised a ‘Renew Initiative’ with the intention of revitalizing the city’s troubled districts but, at present, no substantial efforts have been made to reduce crime or improve the living conditions for existing residents.

LOL. That guy shows up in his fancy clothes with his pimp cane like some kind of king pin, but Wilkos is still calling the shots apparently. Kind of surprised by that.
Well, it is Wilkos’ bar…

So, we’re actually going to see what happened with the doc and Madison, huh?
That citywatch write-up’s great. Can’t wait to see Madison and Belanie’s current whereabouts/situation.
No, no, no, not a time skip. We need to see what the creep did with the two women after he showed up.
“Fuck Cops”
I think they mean that literally 😂😂
