CITY NOTICE

Mr. Anton Kresk,

This letter is to inform you that, upon inspection of your Ardus District property at 291 Industrial Avenue, we have found the building to be unfit for human habitation. We have discovered evidence of severe structural damage, corroded staircases, extreme fire hazards, toxic paint residue, loose floorboards, vermin and insect infestation, cracked windows, doors that do not lock, and numerous other issues (see attached list).

Until this property is renovated, it will be certified as CONDEMNED.
