Contact with Police Transport Zero-Nine was lost on November 9th at 14:43. The prisoner transport vehicle was tracked to the Deevox Highway and found at approximately 15:02, along with three injured officers: Trey Asters, Stefan Lowe, and Zane Ridy. Officer Aris L’Ceal could not be located and her I.DAC’s transponder signal could not be detected. The two prisoners being transported were also missing. Two pairs of MR20 electronic handcuffs were located near the transport, their lock mechanisms deactivated.

Transport Zero-Nine was overturned and appeared to have received significant damage from an explosive (likely an ultra high-explosive armored round). A thorough investigation will take a few more days. Transport’s internal surveillance system was damaged and all footage taken during/after time of accident was corrupted.

Officers Lowe and Ridy sustained severe injuries in the resulting crash and were brought to Pallad City Medical. Both are presently in critical condition. Officer Asters was also transferred to Pallad City Medical and is in critical condition due to poisoning from an “unknown” neurotoxin.

All three officers have been unable to provide further information regarding the incident, owing to their present conditions.
