So, what’s he doing here? o_O
I think he’s here to peddle drugs to the people in this neighborhood. It was mentioned earlier in this chapter that Della’s boyfriend, Zeke, was taking a particular drug called “Afterlife”, and that it might be responsible for his recent psychotic behavior, i.e., shooting at people from his apartment window.
I wonder how much time he did on that “unregulated prize fighting” charge? Or if he did any jail time at all. Might’ve just been slapped with a fine.
