Subject: New Uniform Suggestion
Chief Hardiman:
As you may be aware, there are serious quality issues with the uniforms currently being given to our officers. To be blunt, the material is so cheap that we have officers returning to the precinct in tatters after their shifts. I know the budget crisis has limited our options considerably, but if we could stretch the funds ever so slightly for better uniforms, I believe it would save us more money in the long run.
The department was recently contacted by a new company, FutureWear, that expressed interest in providing some experimental uniforms to us on a trial basis. According to them, these new uniforms are made entirely from nanomachines, capable of self-repairing in case of any rips or damage sustained on duty. They call this new breakthrough DuraCloth. I highly suggest we give it a try, even if it’s only for a few officers. FutureWear claims the trial uniforms would be ready for us in less than a month. Something worth considering.

Careful what you wish for Rookie, you may just get it.
[meta] I think that the current uniforms are just fine, thankyewverymuch.
I cannot disagree with you on that!
It’s never a good thing when Madison’s upset.
Maybe they could try giving both of them uniforms that actually fit.
Madi’s uniform actually fits her (and the shorts are probably made out of sturdier material), Reena is wearing a belt of flimsy fabric
With the FutureWear uniforms made of nanomachines, what is the likelihood of them being hacked, leaving officers naked? Given the history of various AI and computer systems we’ve seen so far, I don’t really trust the technology in Pallad city
This series is SO a combination of the anime series of Miami Guns & Dominion Tank Police with a pint of Tokio Private Police mixed in. I’M TOTALLY loving this series!
