Notes: Mr. Hugo has been with Sumter Academy for six years. He is responsible for keeping the building clean and in orderly condition, along with performing duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, and restocking supplies. This also includes performing routine maintenance activities and cleaning/maintaining the school grounds.

I can see this guy being a potential ally if things go downhill for Reena, which they undoubtedly will.

Comes across like George from “Grapes of Wrath” to me: relatively harmless unless you make them angry, and then squishy times (not saying accidents don’t happen, just that he’s not intentionally cruel or malicious, just doesn’t understand his own strength)
