Chapter 19, Page 33
Sumter Academy // Student Handbook
Section 12.A – Lost and Found Policy
Students are encouraged to write/print their names on all personal belongings when possible.
All lost items, including cash and jewelry, will be kept in the Headmistress’s office. Students may check with the Headmistress for missing items. Students can retrieve lost items after providing supporting evidence of their belongings.
Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded at the end of every term.
Sumter Academy strongly discourages students from bringing large amounts of money or personal valuables to school. Sumter Academy cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to school.
Danger Zone One. Story by Midnight. Art by Salaiix.
I just finished reading through the entire series and wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the story and art. This is definitely one of the best webcomics out there. Really looking forward to see what will happen next!

I love Rena’s expression in the last panel
Plot thickens yet further, the story is very good in this chapter! 🙂 I happen to be less of a fan of the current art style, but hey, I read for the story and have been known to read comics with art that was not only not to my taste but also of low quality – can’t say that about this art, looks sharp! Occasionally wonky proportions sure (e.g. panel 2 rings in the background compared to ring in the foreground but I can see how that situation is especially hard to get right) but it certainly looks good.
I don’t think that collecting jewelry should be considered a hobby, if you ask me!
“Students can _be_ retrieve lost items after providing supporting evidence of their belongings.”
Of course you could say they extra “be” is in the actual student handbook; they can make mistakes, too. 🙂
Thank you for catching that! Just fixed it, whoever was in charge of the student handbook at Sumter is probably going to get a stern talking to from the Headmistress.
