Dorm Policy Violations at Sumter Academy:
This is a reminder that students are not to be out of their dorm rooms after dark. The only exception is if a student needs to use the restroom—in which case they are to go straight to the facilities, attend to their business in a timely manner, and then immediately return to their room.
Recently, there are students who have decided to abuse restroom privileges and either visit other students’ rooms, roam the hallways, or gather in a location within the building or elsewhere on school grounds.
Going forward, there will be a zero-tolerance policy for all students who violate Sumter Academy’s nighttime dorm policies.
