Weapon Storage Facility
The Weapons Storage Facility (Armory) serves as a central repository for weapons, gear, technology, and confiscated/repurposed items.
Please note:
—Only authorized personnel are allowed access to the Armory.
—The Armorer is required to verify the identification of all officers requesting access to an item in the Armory. Any items removed from the Armory must be approved beforehand and a completed digital receipt form must be made upon an item’s withdrawal.
—The removal of any repurposed criminal technology, weapons, and Category IV armament must be signed off by the Chief of Police. Standard gear and Category III items or under will follow normal release procedures.

Honestly, Madison is just asking to get suspended at this point. Normally, I’d say fired but we all know the Chief is short staffed so he wouldn’t outright fire her unless she did something that is against the law and would reflect poorly on the Police if she wasn’t fired and prosecuted.
Did Madison ask the armorer give her a category iii or iv weapon?
