The ‘zip ties’ we were issued for temporary cuffing had wire running along both sides to make them harder to cut and were pretty thick, the ones I used in the Airforce for wire bundles (and anything else you could use them for) didn’t and were a lot thinner.
LEI-LEI brand knifes seem to keep their Quality promises more readily than those “Sakoda brand ultra heavy-duty zip ties” from last page!
Even the strongest zip tie would need to be able to be deliberately cut, as they are only meant for temporary use.
