I LOOOOVE Vivie’s NetVids. She posts new ones weekly on Chroma. There’s so many urban legends I’ve never even heard of before.

I usually just catch her longer vids on NetTube and FreePlay. I like how she’ll film little dramatizations for some of the stories. They actually have decent production value too.

The three-part Melpo Thalia one she did was wild.

I prefer the non-school-based legends Vivie covers. Her Bone Eaters episode was chilling. The thought of a secret cannibal cult living under Pallad City’s so fascinating (AND horrifying, if it’s true!).

Yeah, the Bone Eaters story kind of disturbed me. As a little kid growing up in Pallad, I remember hearing stories about how thousands of people would disappear in the city each year. A popular schoolyard rumor was that people were being grabbed near sewers, subways, alleyways, etc, by subterranean cannibals. As nutty as it sounds, it honestly still feels like one of the more believable urban legends.

Oh shit, I just watched that episode. I’ve heard the story before, but forgot a lot of the details. Makes me wonder if there’s really tons of old, forgotten tunnels beneath the city like Vivie claimed. If there are, it kinda makes sense why nobody ever finds any of the victims’ remains. And if these supposed cannibals are living up to their name and eating the bones, along with everything else, there won’t be much evidence left to find.

Saw a program a couple months back about old subway tunnels in London, and there are a lot hidden in view (some of the old entrances have been converted into shops, with the access to the subway simply covered up)
Like I said a few pages back, massively enjoying these written entries.
Also hoping these short chapters between the main ones remain a thing going forward. It was a fun little diversion from the serious stuff currently facing Reena and Madison.
