Euphoria and Temporary Paralytic Shock (TPS)

An extremely rare symptom of Euphoria where the body goes into a state of paralysis, rendering the user partially or completely immobile. This may only last several minutes and is usually brought on when the user attempts to forcefully resist the effects of the drug and deny/delay sexual release for a prolonged period. The intense strain causes the body to momentarily lose muscle function.

TPS can be specifically identified if the victim is still experiencing elevated levels of arousal, even while paralyzed.

TPS itself is not a life-threatening condition, but other factors may contribute to serious health risks. There are documented cases of Euphoria users suffering sudden cardiac arrest while experiencing TPS, due to their inability to physically initiate sexual release while paralyzed. When sexual responses have previously been denied, the chance for adverse heart issues can increase during TPS.
