I really hope this doesn’t work! Madison openly tapped on the shock glove, the other woman was told what it does and saw Madison activate it. If she just gets taken out by it, she is even dumber than the rest of the goons!
Even if she reacts, all Madison needs to do is touch her. It’ll be difficult to avoid that when they’re in such close proximity.
Madison should have gotten punched again while she touched the glove.
Then again, if it does, it’ll be because Nihil thinking she can take almost anything with her sense of pain removed.
I agree with this. Your enemy’s arrogance is a force multiplier.
This will obviously fail in some capacity, or the story doesn’t follow the usual rule of “Madison gets into a badass action fight, winds up in a compromising position, finds a way to win anyway”.
That said, there are multiple ways it can fail, and I’m betting on “the remaining 10% charge just isn’t enough to fully incapacitate Nihil”.
Nihil is gonna grab Madison’s arm and push it back on her, so it’s Madison who’s gonna get zapped.
