Post-enhancement evaluation/assessments are done. The client now shows complete insensitivity to pain.
She still retains a sense of touch and can feel pressure, temperature detection, etc. But her ability to interpret any of these sensations as “dangerous” is limited. She’ll know the difference between sharp and dull, hot and cold, or if something is wet, but fail to sense when a hot drink is burning her tongue.
As stated in my earlier entry, I strongly advised the client against total elimination of her pain receptors. In any case, she’s satisfied with the procedure, and that’s all that matters.
The best advice in this business is to never question what a client wants—especially once payment is transferred to my account.

Can’t fault the doc for trying, at least she drew some blood. But now Nihil’s in a position to either deal a killing blow or grab those fallen cuffs.
Not if Madison gets there first with some sort of Hail Mary play.
Belanie cut her! That was more than I expected XD
Given the thug’s greater than normal strength, based on how she tossed Madison around, that blow may have ruptured Belanie’s aorta, in which case she’s likely done for.
Not unless her aorta is in her abdomen…

That punch looked extremely painful for poor Belanie 🙁
I feel like I’m watching the scene of the punisher vs that Russian hitman in the movie, hopefully something is available to eliminate the terminator here
Oh man, that scene was great. This fight has that same “rock ‘em sock ‘em” vibe. Everybody’s taking heavy shots and damage.
Maybe Madison can blindside the thug while she’s distracted.
