Chapter 3, Page 7
Pallad City Police Department Crime Bulletin
All officers, be on the lookout for a white male with long black hair, last seen wearing sunglasses and a long overcoat. This information is based on eyewitness reports and not city network surveillance footage, which was unavailable (possibly due to the suspect possessing high-end “camera scramblers”). Further details, including facial and physical description, are not presently available.
Suspect is believed to be connected with the theft of black market military-grade weaponry (specific details of hardware are unknown). The incident occurred on October 28th, where a crate of illegal weapons were dropped off at the Delta Port dock in the abandoned Garland Fishing District. By the time officers arrived on the scene, the crate was empty. If suspect is encountered, please exercise caution when apprehending.

I have to wonder whether picking pockets on the subway provides enough return on investment to justify the cost of all of this guy’s gear.
I was just thinking that, maybe he’s like Valentine from Fallout 4, was an experiment got away and thats what he does now to make ends meet…though I somehow doubt it =p
Gear?
He just blew off enough energy to heat my house for a year!
I am loving this series so far.
The two main characters are bad ass, even if the rookie is still a rookie at this point and makes mistakes.
I like too that they still have to face some challenges that are unique to them as women, like getting flirted with and the ass grab in chapter one, but how the force still takes them seriously. Even the reputation around Wynter isn’t just because she’s a standoffish chick, but because she’s kind of cold in general, which would get her the same kind of reactions even is she were a dude.
Very buddy cop (despite Wynter saying it’s not), but with a spin on the genders that usually get used for that.
Gives me nostalgia from things like Iria and Dominion Tank Police.
