I imagine the dual vulcan cannons is more for show than anything else, just so people know that the drone “means business” and is equipped to kill. Practically speaking, there is no way that thing can carry enough ammunition at a high enough caliber to make rotating barrels be any kind of necessity. I’m not just talking about it’s ability to sustain flight, but just trying to pack any bullets in that thing.
Not to mention it hasn’t got the mass or drive power from those little props to hold it in place against the recoil of such weapons.
