Is there any chance your technicians can look into the air ducts and ventilation systems in this facility? They’re in desperate need of upkeep and repair. Some of the vent grates are nearly falling off the walls.

Unfortunately, that’s beyond our area of expertise. We’ll need to get some specialists for that. I can contact Pentor Maintenance and have them look at it. Just so you know, it’s likely to be a big job…maybe months before they could even begin. They’ll have to send someone to the island first, to give us a cost/time estimate, etc.
