NOTICE TO ALL PCPD OFFICERS:
Due to officer shortages and reduced fitness standards in compliance with Order R.34 of the Fast-Track Program, the yearly police fitness tests have been suspended.
However, all officers are encouraged to continue maintaining fitness standards that meet or exceed our prior physical requirements.
This includes:
- Cardiovascular Health: Reaching/surpassing the 50th percentile on the 1.5-mile run or 500-meter row.
- Muscular Endurance: Able to complete a 1-minute push-up/sit-up assessment.
- Agility/Strength: Able to complete the 300-meter sprint, fence climbs, or dummy drags tests.
- Specialized: Passing prior job-related tests like stair climbing and trigger pulls.

Those were expensive sunglasses Madison just ruined.
Someone who can’t feel any pain is already dangerous enough, but add on enhanced strength and some intense rage, and things are going to get ugly.
If Madison knows any grappling moves, now’s the time to use them.
I was thinking the same thing. At least she dodged that punch in the fourth panel. That would’ve been painful had it connected.
How long is this going to go on? Nihil must have a fractured skull and concussion from that blow with the toilet lid. Even with her mods that has to be affecting her. I’m surprised it didn’t kill her.
That bar was in rough shape before Madison got there. It’s going to be demolished by the time she leaves.

Even today after long years of injury and abuse, I think I could pass a ‘one minute pushup/situp’ assessment, especially when there’s no minimum number given 🙂 I could maybe do one of each in a minute, if my back doesn’t give out first.
I used to do the mile-and-a-half in a little over 8 minutes, no idea what percentile that is, but the Rec Specs were pissed off when we did the mass run on the back road and I started with a cigarette in my mouth and lit another one as soon as I finished.
