Reena’s looking thicc and fiiiiine!
I always appreciate those underboob shots.
It’s called being a teen and being able to eat all you want. :p
Explain fat kids
It skips some teens. :p
the problem is when you have it and it stops without warning.
Zack Tilly: it’s not as simple ‘teens can eat what they want and not get fat’
Some kids what they are ‘supposed’ to eat, and still gain weight, some kids eat far too much and still remain sticks
That… is a question you have to ask very carefully…
First, let me belatedly congratulate you on your 10th anniversary. It’s a huge accomplishment in the fly-by-night realm of webcomics.
I think this is my first comment here even though I’ve followed DZ1 since the beginning and been a Patreon supporter off and on as well, so I hope you take this critique as intended: from a fan who loves the world you’ve created and appreciates all the hard work of yourself and Salaiix. That said, and to quote Dave Chapelle, “Wrap. It. Up.”
Not the comic, hell no! But this “Horror High” storyline that has been going on for five years now! It has been intriguing in places, thrilling in others (with a single fight scene that dragged on for six months), and sexy all the way through (the schoolgirl fetish has been thoroughly milked – pardon the expression), but it’s time to get the hell out of Sumter and back into the cyberpunk world of Pallad City.
Your comic began with the tried-and-true gruff veteran cop takes wide-eyed newbie under her wing premise and Madison and Reena had a great dynamic. But these two partners – co-leads of your comic – haven’t shared “screen time” in almost exactly three years! Forget mainstream American comics, but even in long form Japanese manga, that would never fly.
Sorry to blather on and I apologize for the negativity, but I do love those two ladies and think it’s way past time we saw them patrolling the streets again. One fan’s opinion.
Agreed here. I miss the cyberpunk.
Does that psycho-bitch Madi just face-planted into a game cabinet doesn’t count as ‘cyberpunk’?
Hmmm… Illegal ingredient added to the snack food that makes you eat and eat and eat with little regard to how much you’re eating? No idea as to why blondie doesn’t gain weight from binging so much. Might be an android and this is how she recharges.
Possibly the potato chips are fried in olestra.
I was reading an article that explains why you gain weight using artificial sweeteners. It seems that when you eat or drink it, the sweetness makes your body expect some calories, and when it doesn’t get them it flips the hunger switch until it does. Makes sense, sort of, when you remember that fast food producers count on customers buying more and more product to increase their market share and keep the shareholders happy.
As for the length of the story, the loose ends currently waving around need to be tied up and that means the comic might not disappear for awhile as so many do. I don’t just read the Coles Notes versions of books I like or a one page summary, I want all the entertainment I can get. Keep telliong the story until it’s done, a lot of comics have gone on longer than this and that’s a good thing.
I’m just happy half the story isn’t hidden anymore. Thank you for that.
Wait, when did this webic become “Bloomin’ Faeries”?
